When Boras says Ollie 'turned a corner' in 2006, was that corner the shutout he had in the second game of a doubleheader against the hapless Braves? Or the tons of run support he got in Game 4 of the NLCS? Or Endy's catch in Game 7?

Don't get me wrong, Ollie is a very capable third starter (or first lefty on a team not anchored by a lefty ace) when pushed/babied. It's such a headache to get him to stay with one set of mechanics that it must drive coaching staffs crazy. I blame Bill Bavasi for giving Carlos Silva $48M last winter. That deal opened the floodgates for mediocre starters everywhere.
